Playing

You can play the free levels without paying or signing in. Signing in (with an email link) keeps your cards safe and lets you play on any device.

Buying

Unlocks are one-off digital purchases with no subscription. Prices are shown in pounds before you pay. An unlock is tied to the account you buy it on and gives you the content described at the time, including later updates to that game. We may add separate extra products later; buying one never takes away what you already own.

Refunds

If you are not happy, email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. Refunds are paid back to the way you paid. Your legal rights are not affected.

Your account and cards

Cards and unlocks have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Please do not cheat the game or its servers. We may close an account that abuses it.

Availability

We work hard to keep the games running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or retire content, and will not do so in a way that removes something you have paid for without a fair remedy.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the game concerned.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
